You know, I love this one, but must say I think it has become a franchise now, and they should have known when to stop. (Say, after one or two?)
I love this one too. There was an article on this book and its two sequels, Giggle, Giggle Quack, and Duck for President in a recent volume of the Children's Lit Quarterly that discussed the degree to which these books either critique or prop up union politics and the American electoral system.
Yup, I'm an academic children's librarian. How positively droll.
